Bill Pelhan is a graduate of The University of Pittsburgh School of Law.  He also holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Clarion University.

He has practiced law in Lancaster since 1981, and has limited his practice to personal injury cases since 1988.  He is admitted to practice before both state and federal courts in Pennsylvania.

Bill currently resides with his family in the Willow Street area.
